Fast Result
TrueMail takes only 350 minutes to verify 10K email addresses. It is less than the industry average turnaround time, i.e. 498 minutes. With this, it holds 10th rank and covers under the list of top 10 affordable email verifiers recommended by LCA.
Good Integration Facility
TrueMail offers integration with 15+ well-known applications such as MailChimp, Spark Post, Active Campaign, etc. This is how you can directly upload your email list from these applications and maintain your marketing activities from a single platform.
Seamless API Integration
TrueMail offers RESTful API to its users, integrating which they can quickly verify and validate single and bulk email lists in no time. Its API also works with any programming language.

Cons

Less Affordable
TrueMail is one of the costliest email verifiers in the industry. It charges $44 for the verification of 10K email addresses. As per our auditing of 35+ email verifiers, we can say that TrueMail is three times more costly than other vendors such as RemoveBounce and DeBounce.
Less Accurate
TrueMail had not proved itself strong when we checked its accuracy. It gave only 88% accuracy during its recent auditing performed by us. However, as per the average industry standard, it should be at least 96%. With this, it ranks 17th in the list of LCA’s audited 35+ email verification tools.
Average Customer Support
Though TrueMail offers live chat support, it’s not 24/7. Apart from that, it doesn’t provide phone support. Thus, users have only one option, i.e. email, to reach its customer support team to solve its technical query.

Hunter - Overview

Hunter is more of an email finder than an email verification service. Hunter is designed to identify and validate only professional email accounts. However, its email finder is a tool to consider for acquiring quality leads.
Hunter only verifies professional emails it will now verify other domains live Gmail and yahoo in bulk.

Pros

Fast Email Verification
Hunter takes almost half of the average industry standard turnaround time, i.e. 498 minutes for 10K email addresses. When we at LCA performed its auditing, it took 250 minutes for 10K email verification. Thus, we can consider Hunter as one of the fastest email verifiers in the industry. However, it doesn’t come under the top 5 fastest vendors; it undoubtedly comes under the list of top 10 fastest vendors recommended by LCA.

Cons

Extravagant
Hunter is one of the most expensive email verifiers in the entire email verification industry. It charges $198 for 10K email address verification. Apart from that, its minimum order value is also high. You will have to purchase a minimum of 1000 credits at $49 per month, and if you choose a yearly plan, it will be $34 for 1000 credits. Thus, Hunter is not a very affordable option for a startup or small scale business owners. It ranks in the 30th position in LCA’s recommended list of cost-effective vendors.
Less Accurate
As per our latest audit performed on Hunter, it was found 88% accurate. If we compare it with the standard accuracy level, i.e. 96%, Hunter’s accuracy is not up to the mark. It acquired 19th rank for its accuracy among 35+ other vendors audited by LCA.
Poor Integration Facility
This email verifier currently allows you to integrate your account with only five applications: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, and Zapier. If we compare this feature with DeBounce (integration with 100+ apps) and Emailable (integration with 70+ apps), it will be very clear that Hunter lacks in providing integration facility.
Few Free Credits
Hunter offers only 50 free credits to its users during a month. During the audit of 35+ email verifiers, we found that most of the vendors provide a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 1000 credits for free. So, we can say that Hunter lacks behind in giving a total number of free trials and credits.
