ListWise - Overview
- Listwise is a straightforward tool for email verification designed to verify email addresses intelligently. However, with regard to overall email verification accuracy, it falls behind. As part of Listwise, there are three related products: Maxmail, Texta, and CyberCom Pay.

- Free Trials & Credits
To give you a trial run, ListWise offers 100 free credits upon signing up. You can use these free credits either through bulk upload or through its developer API. In terms of free trials and credits, ListWise comes in second after MyEmailVerifier.
- Accurate in Detecting Emails
In addition to detecting Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, role-based emails, disposable emails, catch-all emails, and more, Listwise is also very good at detecting email addresses. In addition to identifying and removing invalid and duplicate emails, it also detects and removes spam traps that are hidden in your email list, making your email list as clean as ever.
- Good Customer Support
It offers excellent customer support through email, phone calls, and live chat. The customer service team replies to live chats within 2 to 3 minutes. In addition, the phone support team has six contact numbers located in different locations, which makes it easy for users to get their technical questions answered quickly.
- Email Verification Without Signup
Additionally, ListWise allows you to verify up to three emails daily without creating an account.
- Auto-Correct Typos
The ListWise email verification tool also fixes the obvious typos by itself, so you don't have to do it manually.
- Data Security
When it comes to data security, ListWise doesn't compromise anything. It is a PCI-DSS-compliant email verifier. Bulk data uploaded by users are automatically deleted after 90 days, or you can manually delete them by clicking on the “Delete List” icon given in your dashboard. Apart from that, it does not store any data cleaned using its API.
Cons
- Less Affordable
In addition to that, ListWise has a high minimum order value, which is $44 for 10K credits if you choose a monthly plan, and $45 for 10K credits if you choose a pre-paid plan. Consequently, Listwise was not able to make LCA's list of the top 10 most affordable email verifiers.
- Lengthy Signup Process
Listwise's signup process is a bit longer than other email verification services.
- No Integration
While most other vendors offer integration facilities with all well-known ESPs and marketing applications, Listwise does not provide integration facilities with any of them. Users will not be able to upload their email lists directly from third-party applications since there is no integration facility. They will also not be able to manage their marketing activities in one place.
- High Turnaround Time
In our auditing, it took 475 minutes to verify 10K emails. So, users have to wait while ListWise processes the email verification.
- Less Accurate
ListWise has less accuracy than other vendors, such as MyEmailVerifier, ZeroBounce, QuickEmailVerification, etc. However, the vendor claims 96% accuracy, and we found it 78% accurate during auditing.
