- Listwise is a straightforward tool for email verification designed to verify email addresses intelligently. But, regarding producing the accurate result, it falls behind with overall email verification accuracy. Listwise has its suite of related products namely Maxmail, Texta, and CyberCom Pay.

- Free Trials & Credits
ListWise offers 100 free credits upon successful signup so that you can get a trial before you actually buy credits further. You can use these free credits either through bulk upload or by its developer API. ListWise comes in the second position immediately after MyEmailVerifier for its free trials and credits feature.
- Accurate in Detecting Emails
Listwise is also very good at detecting email addresses such as Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, role-based emails, disposable emails, catch-all emails, etc. Moreover, it is also sharp in identifying and removing invalid and duplicate emails along with the spam traps hidden in your email list. This is how it makes your email list super clean like never before!
- Good Customer Support
Listwise gives good customer support through email, phone calls, and live chat. Its customer support team answers within 2 to 3 minutes in live chat. Moreover, its phone support is outstanding as it has six contact numbers in different locations. Thus, users’ technical queries can get solved without waiting for a long time.
- Email Verification Without Signup
ListWise also allows you to verify three emails daily without signup. So, if you want to verify only 1 to 3 emails daily, you can do that without creating an account.
- Auto Correct Typos
ListWise also takes care of fixing the obvious typos by itself. So, you don’t need to do this process by yourself manually. This is how this email verification tool prevents your email marketing campaign from sinking.
- Data Security
ListWise doesn’t compromise anything when it comes to data security. It is a PCI-DSS compliant email verifier. The bulk data uploaded by its users are automatically deleted after 90 days, or you can manually delete it by clicking on the “Delete List” icon given in your dashboard. Apart from that, it doesn’t store any data cleaned using its API.
Cons
- Less Affordable
ListWise charges $45 for verifying 10K email addresses. Apart from that, its minimum order value is also high, i.e. $44 for 10K credits if you choose a monthly plan and $45 for 10K credits if you opt for pre-paid addons. Unfortunately, with this, Listwise couldn’t make its place in LCA’s recommended list of top 10 most affordable email verifiers.
- Lengthy Signup Process
We found Listwise’s signup process is a little bit lengthier than other email verifiers.
- No Integration
We could not find any application with whom Listwise provides an integration facility. While on the other side, most other vendors offer integration facilities with all well-known ESPs and other marketing applications. Due to the lack of an integration facility, users don’t benefit from uploading their email lists directly from 3rd party apps. It will also not allow users to manage their marketing activities from a single source.
- High Turnaround Time
Though the average industry standard turnaround time for 10K emails is 498 minutes, Listwise lacks behind here as it took 1400 minutes to verify 10K emails in our auditing. So, users have to wait for a long time while ListWise is processing the email verification.
- Less Accurate
ListWise is less accurate than other vendors such as MyEmailVerifier, ZeroBounce, QuickEmailVerification, etc. However, the vendor claims for 96% accuracy, we found it 93% accurate when we performed its auditing. Thus, we can say that ListWise indeed lacks behind here!
