As always :) It depends on your needs and business case, but here are some key points to remember while choosing your email verification tool:

  1. Accuracy: Check the accuracy of the email verification tool. It should be able to detect valid, invalid, and risky email addresses accurately.

  2. Speed: The verification process should be fast and efficient. It should be able to process a large number of email addresses in a short time (e.g., usebouncer.com can verify up to 200 000 emails per customer per hour).

  3. Integrations: The tool should be able to integrate with your existing systems, such as your email marketing platforms or CRMs. Customer support: Make sure the tool you choose has good customer support in case you run into any issues or just need some help.

  4. API Access: Some tools provide API access, which allows you to integrate their verification service into your application or website or app directly. Check whether the tool provides an API and what type of API access they offer.

  5. Data privacy: Ensure the tool complies with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR or SOC2, and does not store or use your data for any purpose other than email verification.

  6. Additional features: Look for any additional features that the tool may provide, such as inbox testing or email toxicity check.

Hope it helps a little bit!

In my opinion, the most important factors for an email verification platform are accuracy, API, and customer support. Because all of these are something that I think will come in handy for everyone. Customer support is important because if there is something that doesn't work or if you need a second opinion they can really be a lifesaver. For most people, reviews are very important to see the opinion and how content are other people with that service, tool, or product. I find it the most important to test and to see with my own eyes!
